Cinema advertisers Pearl & Dean ran a poll asking what their favorite Tom Cruise movie was. The 1980’s film “Top Gun” received one quarter of cinema-goers votes.
Kathryn Jacob, chief executive of Pearl & Dean, said: "Top Gun is a cult classic film with long lasting appeal for many film fans.
"This poll shows Tom Cruise is a firm favourite with cinema-goers, even if that elusive Oscar has escaped him so far."
“Rain Man” came in second and “Mission Impossible” came in third.
Tom Cruise is in Seoul promoting his newest movie “Valkyrie”. On Wednesday, January 21st, he’ll be in London for a premiere. He is also a guest on Jonathan Ross’s Friday night show, which is the first one after his suspension.
