After being away for 3 years, Tom Cruise appeared on The Today Show with Matt Lauer this morning (December 15). I watched it and thought the interview went very well. Matt wasn’t shy about asking the tough questions and Tom answered them truthfully, even calling his last interview with Matt arrogant.
When Matt asked Tom if he and Katie were planning any more babies, he responded with, “I think that’s the question for the women.” He’s clearly passing the baton of the pregnancy question on to wife Katie Holmes. Smart man.
They also talked about Tom’s movie “Valkyrie” and he and the director will be back on Wednesday to talk more about the Christmas Day movie. While Tom was on set, he took a few minutes to help collect some toys from the audience and they were going crazy.
