What great news to wake up to this morning! It has been announced that Tom Cruise has indeed signed up to star in “Mission Impossible 4″, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The Mission Impossible star will reprise his role as Ethan Hunt and I couldn’t be more excited.
The movie is slated for a Memorial Day 2011 release, which I think will be huge.
Josh Applebaum and Andre Nemec are writing the script, who are best known for Abrams’ spy series “Alias.” Now they just need a director.
Paramount and Tom have a long relationship when it comes to movies, which include “Top Gun,” “Days of Thunder,” “The Firm,” “War of the Worlds,” “Vanilla Sky” and “Tropic Thunder”.
I am really liking Tom’s movie choices these days. I have my fingers crossed that Knight & Day will be as good as the first trailer make it look. The fact that Tom is doing most of the stunts himself if enough to get me to the theater.
