Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes attended the “Star Trek” premiere at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. The skipped out on the red carpet, but stopped and signed autographs for fans.
According to Showbiz Spy, Tom has offered to let Katie’s widowed sister, Tammy and her children, move into their Beverly Hills mansion. Tammy’s husband died suddenly and it was a shock to the whole family.
An insider (and I always use that word loosely) told the National Enquirer:
“Katie was so worried and upset for Tammy. They are really close, and Katie wanted to help any way she could.
“Then Tom came up with the idea of inviting Tammy and the boys to live with them. It meant Katie could keep a close watch on her sister and help her through this tough time.
“Tom really was a savior. He wants Katie to be happy, and he knew this would make it so much easier for her.
“The fact that Tom stepped forward and offered to open his home to Tammy and her boys was a great comfort to Katie, her sister and the entire Holmes family at this difficult time.”
I do hope this is true and I wouldn’t doubt it for a minute if it is.
