I chose not to cover the whole Kidman/Cruise story that has been circulating around where Kidman reportedly spoke out about her marriage with Tom Cruise. She was quoted as saying in her marriage she was to “be seen and not heard”. The reason I didn’t post it, is because I thought that interview was old news! I remember reading something months ago where she said something like that.
It’s amazing how one media outlet or gossip rag can post something (completely bogus or ancient) and everyone grabs it and runs!
The whole thing started when someone (not sure where it originated) said that in an interview with Easy Living Magazine, Nicole appeared to criticize her marriage with Tom. Now, we know their marriage wasn’t perfect, who’s is, but I won’t go into that whole thing.
Digital Spy is saying that in an interview with The Celebrity Truth, a rep for Nicole is saying that interview was “months old” and has been “completely taken out of context”.
The rep goes on to say, "Furthermore, Nicole has never done an interview with a magazine called Easy Living in her life."
What I am thinking is that she did say something to the affect of “seen and not heard”, but that was a long time ago and wasn’t with Easy Living Magazine.
Come on people, let it go. Cruise and Kidman have moved on and now it’s time for you to do the same!
