Katie HolmesAccording to UsMagazine.com, Katie Holmes will pay homage to Judy Garland on her “So You Think You Can Dance” performance.

For the routine, Katie will sing “Get Happy” from Garland’s 1950’s musical Summer Stock. A FOX show source went on to tell the magazine that Katie is in an all black ensemble which includes “black velvet fedora, patent leather heels, nylon stockings, body-hugging skirt and micro-mini skirt.” Sounds sexy!

The set is made to look like she is dancing on the rooftop and she shares the stage with 8 male dancers, all wearing matching suits and ties.

During the number, Holmes — who practiced by lip-syncing to a backing track — twirls her hair and “seductively shakes her hips,” the witness tells Us.

For her finish, Holmes tosses her fedora in the air, and one of the guys catches it. She’s also lifted over three of the dancers’ heads at one point.

We all know from the pictures that Katie was at the CBS studios on Monday and now UsMagazine tells us she was practicing for hours and called it a night at 6 pm. The source went on to say, “She looks incredible. She is just doing an amazing job. Everyone is absolutely floored by how talented she is.”

Katie’s appearance may broadcast sooner than July 8th, since the news has already leaked out. I say go ahead and show it!
