Katie Holmes was dressed to work when she arrived at a dance studio in Los Angeles yesterday (April 7). She wore a gray sweatshirt and some comfy black pants. Here’s a video clip.
Katie has been spending quite a bit of time brushing up on her dance skills, but no one seems to know why yet. The biggest guess is that she is heading back to Broadway for another show. She was successful and received some great praise for her role in “All My Sons” and has always wanted to do Broadway. I think we might just be getting a chance to see her again!
According to this press release, Katie Holmes will be taking part in the 20th Anniversary of the National Memorial Day Concert: A Tribute to the Sacrifice of America’s Servicemen and Women. The concert will air on May 24th from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. ET on PBS.
Katie will be joining a great list of stars who will be present, including General Colin Powell, Laurence Fishburne, Dianne Wiest, Katharine McPhee, Trace Adkins, Brian Stokes Mitchell, Colm Wilkinson, Denyce Graves, Lang Lang, Robert McDuffie, Maestro Erich Kunzel and the National Symphony Orchestra.
