Katie Holmes did stay in Australia to film her movie “Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark” instead of boarding the long flight back to Los Angeles for Jennifer Lopez’ 40th birthday bash. We all figured she would!
Her and co-star Guy Pearce were very busy over the weekend (July 25) filming scenes in the streets of Melbourne. Check out Katie’s long locks in these pictures!
It continues to look like Katie is having such a great time working on this film. I know we are all loving these pictures of her! I think working and that Australia air are good for her.
In other “Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark” news, according to pictures I saw on Splashnewsonline, Katie barely escaped a car that she was travelling in, when it started to smoke and caught on fire.The car was abandoned and replaced with another one. That’s scary! I am glad nobody on set was hurt. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the pictures of the car, because they were marked “exclusive”. If the pictures become available somewhere online, I’ll point you in the right direction.
