Rumors that Sandra Bullock was set to play Wonder Woman have been circulating for quite some time now. She has finally addressed the rumor by saying, “How many years ago was that? That’s been so dead. I’m not Wonder Woman; I think even Lynda Carter said I was too old. There’s other people much better suited to play Wonder Woman than me."
Lynda Carter, the original Super Woman, did say that Sandra was too old: "People have talked about Sandra Bullock … she’s too old and so is Catherine Zeta-Jones. You want someone that is really fresh."
So, the names that have been floating around include Mischa Barton, Katie Holmes and Jessica Biel.
What I would like to know is….Can You See Katie Holmes as Wonder Woman? A film adaptation has been in the works since 2001, with a 2011 release date. It’s currently in the “scripting” role.
Sound off in the comments section and let me know who you think should play her. Or heck, do you think they should even make the movie?! I totally rocked my Wonder Woman under-roos as a kid (yes, my parents have the pictures to prove it) and would love to see a film about it, but I am not sure if I can picture Katie in that role.
